This structure is located at 1347 Washington Street in Abington, MA. The tax records in the town of Abington go back to 1905-1906. The building was constructed before that so the exact date isn't known. The oldest records show that the building was used by Kashmire Plewak as a provision store. Later, about 1915, it was turned into the headquarters for Burke Brothers Plumbing Shop. Over the years it has held many businesses. At the time of this kit it stands as "The Chair Man and the Tea Lady". Signage is included for either building.
