 Tracking Information Most packages are sent USPS priority mail. We are a husband/wife team that works out of our garage in our spare time. We are also parents. We can not afford automated shipping/tracking software. If you placed an order and you got a receipt from paypal - consider that your receipt from us. We check paypal every day and get to the post office several times a week. We DO NOT send tracking information to customers due to the amount of time it would take up. Due to Covid or internation orders sometimes shipping is delayed. If you place a domestic order and don't receive it within 2-3 weeks please contact us and we'll look up the tracking number. If you've placed an international order we'll do what we can to track down your order, however, once the package has left our country it can be difficult to track. How to Order Online  You can order an item by clicking on the red text "Purchase" button in the last column or the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. This will open a separate web window as your "shopping cart" with the product information all ready filled in for you. How to Order by Phone If you would like to place an order using a credit card over the phone just give us a call at 603.267.1818. If you get an answering maching just leave your name and phone number and we'll call you back to take your order and credit card information.
