Goodridge's Shoemaker Shop Boxford, Massachusetts Kit 1039 ![]() ![]() Back in 1740, when Massachusetts (United States) still belonged to England, this little shop was build by Benjamin Goodridge as a Shoemaker Shop. Shops like this appeared all over the country in almost every town. As time went on these little shops were put out of business by mills and factories.
