KITS HO Scale All kits are prototype (models of real structures) and are listed by the state and town they are (or were) found in. All the kits include everything you see in the photos (unless noted otherwise). Remember... It' not just a model, it's a piece of history. CUSTOM BUILDING / KITS All kits are available built up. Pricing varies depending on the kit and includes light weathering. Pricing does not include packaging and shipping which will be billed at actual cost. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required up front to start the process. You will be notified when the structure is complete. At that time you will have 14 days to submit the remainder of the amount due. When we receive your final payment your structure(s) will be shipped out to you promptly. We are also able to create ready-to-sell custom kits for your organization or club. Prices vary depending on the complexity and size of the kit.
